What is Regression Therapy and Hypnosis?

Have you ever wondered about certain aspects of your current life or personality traits which cannot be explained by your upbringing, religious beliefs, age, education etc.? Those little idiosyncrasies, habits or fears which intrude into your daily life and seem to be deeply imbedded in your subconscious mind? In some instances, life experiences, past or current, can become embedded in ones energy field, and become major contributors to many “baffling” current life situations. The good news is that these unresolved current life aspects no longer need to remain unexplained or accepted. HYPNOSIS is the use of the “spoken word” in a skillful and powerful way, which can bring about change in the subconscious mind and ultimately in one’s life. Hypnosis is a natural state of mind, and for this reason people don’t recognize it for what it is. Everything we have learnt or experienced in life is already stored in our subconscious mind, so hypnosis simply uses one’s natural ability in conjunction with a system of skilled words and communication to illicit healing and life changes. REGRESSION THERAPY explores and deals with many of the unexplained phenomena in our current lives. Through the use of Past or Current Life Regression, Inner Child Healing, Repressed Memory Release and Spirit Releasement, the source of these occurrences can be mapped out, cleared, providing a new perspective and understanding, in order for you to take control and reshape your current life situations and destiny. Clients will be guided into a relaxed state of awareness via hypnosis, to relive and resolve scenes or conflicts from past lives, current life issues, or connect to their inner child. Hypnosis is used in order to bypass the conscious or logical mind and enter the subconscious mind, where memories are stored.  These memories may be unconsciously distorting one’s mental, emotional, and physical well-being, causing energy blocks and affecting aspects in one’s current life. These energy blocks can manifest and present in many different ways in the current life,  e.g. anxiety, anger outbursts, depression, panic attacks, phobias, relationship problems or unexplained physical pain.
